强化钒钛磁铁精矿烧结试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结指标较差、烧结速度慢、利用系数低的特点,研究提高钒钛磁铁烧结矿产、质量的有效途径。通过添加活性石灰、燃料二次分加以及提高料层厚度等方法进行试验研究。结果表明:在一定范围内配加活性石灰,可使烧结矿转鼓强度提高5.54%~6.74%,成品率提高7.12%~10.65%,烧结矿增产62.11%~107%;燃料二次分加技术可使烧结速度提高6.7%,成品率提高3.7%;对于钒钛磁铁精矿烧结,其料层厚度控制在700 mm较为合适。改进方法对钒钛磁铁精矿烧结具有较好的强化效果,其可为在实践中提高钒钛磁铁烧结矿的产、质量提供理论依据。 Aiming at such characteristics as relatively poor sintering index,slow sintering speed and low utilization coefficient of V-bearing titaniferous magnetite concentrate,the effective ways to improve the output and quality of the vanadium titanium magnetite sinter are researched by such methods as adding active lime,fuel divided addition and increasing layer heights.The results show that:the sintering index is greatly improved after the addition of active lime in a certain range,as the sinter drum strength is increased by 5.54%~6.74%,the yield is increased by 7.12%~10.65%,the sinter production is increased by 62.11%~107%;the secondary fuel addition technology helped to increase the sintering speed by 6.7%,the yield by 3.7%,and it is suitable to control the thickness of the sinter layer around 700 mm.The above methods exert strengthening effects on the sintering of V-Ti-magnetite concentrate,and it can provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of V-bearing titaniferous magnetite concentrate in practice,which has certain reference significance.
