摘要
针对传统检测技术不能同时真实、准确检测皮带运输过程中的跑偏和洒料状态等实际问题,提出一种基于图像处理技术的皮带监测系统。通过采集皮带运输实时图像,将图像经过灰度处理及滤波处理后,利用Hough直线监测识别皮带边缘;然后对皮带图像进一步进行膨胀、腐蚀及二值化处理,获得矿料在皮带上的图像状态特征,从而判断皮带洒料情况。测试结果表明:该系统对皮带跑偏以及洒料检测具有一定的准确性;系统能够监测皮带跑偏和洒料故障,并实现事故的即时预警,从而降低皮带事故的发生率。
Aiming at such practical problems as using the traditional detection technology of belt deviation can’t accurately detect the actual situation of belt deviation and sprinkling,a belt monitoring system based on image processing technology is proposed.Through the real-time image collection of belt transportation,the gray processing and image filtering of the image,the edge of belt is identified by Hough line monitoring.Then the image of the belt is expanded,corroded and binarized to get the image state characteristics of the ore on the belt,in which way the problem of belt sprinkling can be judged.The test results show that the system has a certain accuracy for belt deviation and sprinkling detection,and the system can monitor the belt deviation and sprinkling fault,realize the real-time warning of the accident,and reduce the occurrence rate of the belt accident.
