摘要
通过理论分析并结合现场使用过程中遇到的问题,设计了一种全新结构的鼓形破碎滚筒,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对鼓形破碎滚筒进行了三维建模和静力学分析,分析结果表明,鼓形破碎滚筒的受力情况、变形量相对现有传统破碎滚筒更为合理,可大幅提高了破煤效率。
Through theoretical analysis and combined with the problems encountered in the process of field use,a new structure of drum-shape crusher roller was designed.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the three-dimensional modeling and static analysis of crusher roller were carried out.The analysis results show that the stress and deformation of crusher roller are more reasonable than the existing traditional roller and the coal breaking efficiency is greatly improved.
