摘要
针对当前超长走向工作面区域瓦斯超前防治需求,以及常规定向钻孔孔深浅、效率低、覆盖面积不足的问题,提出采用先进的国产大功率定向钻进装备及技术进行区域瓦斯治理定向长钻孔施工。形成基于ZDY12000LD定向钻机、BLY390/12泵车、随钻测量系统及复合定向钻进工艺的完整配套装备及技术。通过现场试验表明,完成6个定向长钻孔主孔及7个主分支孔,最大孔深达1 521 m,孔径达到φ120 mm,平均成孔周期8.85 d,平均进尺211.6 m/d,相较于常规定向装备钻进速度增加30%以上,显著提高顺层定向长钻孔钻进效率,对加强煤矿区域瓦斯超前治理具有重要意义。
In view of the current demand for gas advance control in the ultra long strike face area and the problems of low depth,low efficiency and insufficient coverage area of conventional directional drilling holes,proposed to use advanced domestic high-power directional drilling equipment and technology to carry out directional long drilling construction for regional gas control. A complete supporting equipment and technology based on ZDY12000 LD directional drilling machine,BLY390/12 pump truck, measurement while drilling system and compound directional drilling technology were formed. According to the field test, six directional long drilling main holes and seven main branch holes are completed,with the maximum hole depth of 1 521 m,the hole diameter of φ120 mm, the average pore forming period of 8.85 days,and the average daily footage of 211.6 m/d, which is more than 30% higher than the drilling speed of conventional directional equipment. it is of great significance to enhance drilling efficiency of bedding directional long drilling,and to enhance gas advance management in coal mine area.
