摘要
针对刮板输送机挡板槽帮进行减重,并基于ANSYS Workbench研究了减重前后挡板槽帮的应力状态,对在同等载荷下的应力分布进行了对比,从而确定了改进后挡板槽帮可代替原有挡板槽帮,并且达到减重、降成本的目的。
Focused on the weight reduction of the baffle grooves of the scraper conveyor.The stress state of the baffle grooves before and after weight reduction was studied based on ANSYS Workbench.The stress distribution under the same load was compared to determine that the improved baffle groove can replace the original baffle groove and achieve the purpose of weight reduction and cost reduction.
