摘要
研究了综放工作面巷道液压支护装置及支护方法,包含有设置在巷道前端端头的液压支架Ⅰ、设置在巷道后端端头的液压支架Ⅱ、设置在液压支架Ⅰ和液压支架Ⅱ之间并且镶嵌在巷道底面中的支点联接装置。通过液压支架Ⅰ和液压支架Ⅱ对巷道进行支撑防护,通过支点联接装置,使液压支架Ⅰ和液压支架Ⅱ相互联接并且相互支撑,不再都是在各个作业面进行分别支护,提高了对巷道支护的可靠性。
Researched the hydraulic support device and support method for roadway in fully mechanized top-coal caving face.The utility model comprises a hydraulic support I arranged at the front end of the tunnel,a hydraulic support II arranged at the back end of the tunnel,a fulcrum connecting device arranged between the hydraulic support I and the hydraulic support II and embedded in the bottom surface of the tunnel.Supporting and protecting the roadway through the hydraulic support I and the hydraulic support II,and connecting and supporting the hydraulic support I and the hydraulic support II through the fulcrum connecting device,instead of supporting them separately in each working face.The reliability of roadway support is improved.
