摘要
针对煤矿井下防爆蓄电池铲运车多级缸伸缩时间长影响作业效率问题,介绍了铲运车工作机构和铲斗液压工作原理,分析了原铲斗多级缸结构以及多级缸伸缩时间长的主要原因,提出了铲斗结构和多级缸改进设计方案。通过对改进后的油缸装车试验研究,验证了所提方案的可行性,并为同类机器液压油缸设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem that the operation efficiency is affected by the long multi-stage cylinder expansion time in coal mine underground explosion-proof battery scraper,introduced the working principle of the scraper working mechanism and bucket hydraulics,and analyzed the main reason the original bucket multi-stage cylinder structure and multi-stage cylinder expansion time is long.The improved design of the bucket structure and multi-stage cylinder was proposed.Through the experimental research on the improved cylinder loading test,the feasibility of the proposed scheme was verified,and the reference for the hydraulic cylinder design of similar machines is provided.
