摘要 针对架空乘人装置存在的远程监控和实时报警功能单一、驱动电机能耗高等问题,设计开发了一种以S7-1500 PLC为下位机的架空乘人装置监控系统。通过研究架空乘人装置的工作原理和控制需求,利用分布式I/O和Profinet在线监测其机电设备的运行参数和传感器信号。通过隔爆型变频器实现防爆电机的四象限运行,由实际载运人数动态优化驱动电机的实际输出功率。所开发的监控系统充分考虑了煤矿作业的特殊性,具有安全可靠、高效节能等优点。 In view of the problems that the functions of remote monitoring and real-time alarm are imperfect,and energy consumption of the driving motor is high,the aerial mancar device monitoring system based on S7-1500 PLC has been developed.By studying the working principle and control requirements of the device,distributed I/O and Profinet were used to monitor the operating parameters and sensor signals of the electromechanical equipments online.The four-quadrant operation of motor was realized by flameproof inverter,optimized the actual output power of the driving motor according to the number of people.The developed monitoring system has fully considered the particularity of coal mine operation,and has the advantages of safety,reliability,high efficiency and energy saving.
