摘要
新中国成立70年来,高校思政课教师队伍建设经历三大历史阶段,呈现出鲜明的特征。对高校思政课教师队伍建设的认识,呈螺旋式上升的过程,深化了教师地位和作用的理解;高校思政课建设的实践,呈持续性发展的趋势,推动了教师队伍的建齐配强。梳理三大历史阶段,总结新中国70年高校思政课教师队伍建设的历史基本经验,可以推动新时代师资队伍建设向新高度发展。
Since the foundation of P. R. China 70 years ago, the construction of teaching team of ideological and political theory courses has gone through three historical stages, and shows distinct characteristics. The understanding of the construction of teaching team is in a spiral process, which deepens the understanding of teachers’ status and role;the practice of its construction is in the trend of continuous development, which promotes the construction and improvement of teaching team. It, combing the three historical stages and summarizing the basic historical experience of teaching team construction in the past 70 years, can promote the construction of teachers in the new era to a new height.
