在"众创"思想的引领下,各个高校对创新创业教育的开展达到了空前的高度。分析了高校创新创业的教育现状,基于地方高校创新创业教育存在的问题,构建了地方高校创新创业教育模式,从课程体系建设、师资队伍建设和实践平台建设等方面进行研究,提出具有地方特色的"普及-拔尖"式创新创业教育模式,并对创新创业教育的运行机制进行了分析。

Under the guidance of the idea of"mass innovation", the research on innovation and entrepreneurship education in various universities has reached an unprecedented height. An analysis is made of the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the paper, with the innovation and entrepreneurship education model in local colleges and universities constructed based on the problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities. The research is conducted from such aspects as the construction of curriculum system, teaching staff and practice platform, with the"popularization-top-notch"innovation and entrepreneurship education model with local characteristics proposed, and with the operation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education analyzed.
