摘要
在产教融合的背景下,中等职业教育办学规模不断扩大,但专业教师的培养与培训无法满足教学需要,导致了专业教师严重紧缺。"教学经纪人"可有效沟通学校与企业,为学校介绍具有较高专业水平和实践经验的优秀兼职教师,缓解学校师资紧张问题,是解决师资紧缺的重要途径,此举还能够促进学校的人事制度改革。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the school scale of secondary vocational education keeps expanding,but the cultivation and training of professional teachers cannot meet the needs of teaching,resulting in serious shortage of professional teachers.“Teaching agent”can effectively communicate between schools and enterprises,introduce excellent part-time teachers with time experience to schools,relieve the shortage of teachers.It is an important way to solve the problem of shortage of teachers,and this can also promote the reform of school personnel system.
