摘要 目前,在人机交互系统中,普遍存在着机械化、僵硬化交流的"情感缺失"等问题,为解决上述问题,情感计算、认知决策过程的建模不论在学术界还是工业界都受到了很高的关注。但是尚未有研究结果明确表示古典概率论是否能够成功地模拟人类的情感以及与决策、认知相关的过程。由于不确定性的存在,人类的推理、决策和认知过程并不能恒常遵循古典概率理论。借助量子范式的思想,广义上的概率论或许是一个可行的办法,因为引入量子理论可以描述一种不确定的状态(叠加态),这就在情感、认知和决策的建模过程中引入了不确定性。 At present, the absence of emotion is widespread in the human-computer interaction system, which make the communication too rigid. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, the modeling of emotional computing and decision-making has received high attention in both academia and industry. However, there is no clear result that shows whether classical probability theory can successfully help simulate emotions and some processes related to decision-making and cognition. Due to the existence of uncertainty, the reasoning, decision-making and cognition of human can not always follow the classical probability theory. With the help of the idea of quantum paradigm, general probability theory may be a feasible way, because the introduction of quantum theory can describe an uncertain state(superposition state), which introduces uncertainty in the modeling of emotion, cognition and decision-making.
