服兵役对大学生学业表现的影响研究

摘要 本文选取北京建筑大学2012-2018年间退伍复学的99名大学生为研究对象,采集其服役前后课程成绩数据,基于SPSS软件的方差分析法,分别从长期和短期角度,对所有课程加权平均成绩、必修课程加权平均成绩,以及对成绩高、中、低三区间分层分类,进行了深入研究。发现,长期角度看,入伍前所有课程加权平均成绩处于高区间的学生,复学后成绩出现了统计上显著的下降;入伍前必修课加权平均成绩,以及处于低和中区间的学生,复学后成绩呈现统计上显著的提升。短期角度看,入伍前所有课程加权平均成绩处于低区间的学生,复学后的第一个学期成绩呈现统计上的显著提升;入伍前必修课加权平均成绩处于高区间的学生,复学后的第一个学期成绩呈现统计上显著的下降。其他区间的学生成绩服役前后无显著改变。建议,重视入伍前学业表现较好学生群体,做好其复学后的学业帮扶;加大力度引导学生加强选修课的学习。 This paper chooses 99 college students at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture who retired from military service during the period from 2012 to 2018 as the research objects. Based on the data of the course scores before and after service and the analysis of variance of SPSS software, this paper makes an in-depth study on the weighted average scores of all courses, the weighted average scores of compulsory courses and the stratified classification of the high, medium and low scores from the long-term and short-term perspectives. It was found that, from a long-term perspective, students whose weighted average scores of all courses were in the high range before enlistment showed a statistically significant decline after reentry. But the students whose weighted average scores of compulsory courses were in the low and middle range before enlistment showed a statistically significant improvement after they returned to school. However, in the short term, students whose weighted average scores of all courses were in the low range before enlistments showed a statistically significant improvement in the first semester after restarting and students whose weighted average scores of compulsory courses were in the high range before enlistment showed a statistically significant decline in the first semester after restarting. And there was no significant change in the scores of students in other areas before and after service. It is suggested to pay attention to the group of students with good academic performance before enlistment, and help them with their studies after they return to school. More efforts should be made to guide students to strengthen the study of optional courses.
