摘要
提出了对掘进机截齿分布进行优化的方案,通过优化截齿在截割滚筒上的排布,降低截割作业过程中的受力,根据实际验证表明优化后截齿截割过程中的受力比优化前降低了10.5%,有效地提升了截齿的使用寿命和工作可靠性,具有较大的应用推广价值。
This paper puts forward a scheme to optimize the distribution of the cutting teeth of the roadheader.By optimizing the arrangement of the cutting teeth on the cutting drum,the force in the cutting operation process is reduced.According to the actual verification,the force in the cutting process of the optimized cutting teeth is 10.5%lower than that before optimization,which effectively improves the service life and working reliability of the cutting teeth and has great application and promotion value.
