大断面巷道爆破工艺的设计及试验

Design and Test of Blasting Technology for Large Section Roadway

针对大断面巷道爆破时存在爆破效果不佳,进而影响后续生产的问题。以同煤某矿的工作面为背景,在分析爆破参数设计的基础上,根据该矿现场实际情况设计了两种爆破方案,并经现场试验对两种爆破方案的效果进行验证,为节约掘进成本、提升掘进巷道质量奠定了基础。

In view of the poor blasting effect of large section tunnel,affecting the follow-up production,based on the working face of a mine in the same coal seam and analyzing the design basis of blasting parameters,two blasting schemes are designed according to the actual situation of the mine site,and the effect of the two blasting schemes is verified by the field test,which lays the foundation for saving the driving cost and improving the quality of the driving roadway.
