摘要
通过优化成分、工艺设计及严格的过程工艺管控,试制11.1 mm L450MOS管线钢一次合格率达100%,其中屈服强度≥495 MPa,抗拉强度≥595 MPa,-20℃CVN(夏比冲击功)均值(7.5 mm)≥222 J,-20℃DWTT(落锤试验剪切面积)≥89%,HIC(氢致裂纹)各项指标均为0,-10℃CTOD(裂纹剪断扩展位移试验)特征值≥0.6 mm,完全满足供货要求,试验结果表明研制的L450MOS钢板具有优良的强塑性、低温韧性、断裂韧性及耐腐蚀性能,适用于海洋服役环境的抗腐蚀油气输送。
Through optimization of chemical composition,process design and strict processing control,successfully developed 11.1 mm L450MOS pipeline steel.in which yield strength≥495 MPa,tensile strength≥595 MPa,CVN mean value at-20℃(7.5 mm)≥222 J,DWTT at-20℃≥89%,all HIC indexes were 0,-10℃CTOD value≥0.6 mm,which fully met the supply requirements.The test results showed that the developed L450MOS steel has excellent properties of strength,plasticity,low temperature toughness,fracture toughness and acid corrosion resistance,which is suitable for the corrosion-resistant oil and gas transportation in the marine service environment.
