摘要
通过DOE实验设计方法,确定了影响高炉铁水[Si]含量的主要因素为小时料速、燃料比、热风温度和透气性指数,并得出[Si]量化控制的有效模型。生产实际中应用该模型,铁水[Si]含量标准偏差减小,高炉炉温受控率提高,对减少炉况波动,保证高炉长期稳定顺行和提高生铁质量起到了积极的作用。
Through DOE method,the main influence factors determining[Si]content are laying off of per hour,fuel ratio,blast temperature and permeability index,effective model of[Si]content quantized control were attained.Applying this model to practice,the standard deviation of iron[Si]content was decreased,the controlled rate of BF temperature was increased,which played a positive role on reducing the fluctuation of BF condition,realizing long-term smooth operation and improving the quality of iron.
