摘要
使用Φ130 mm规格的20CrMnTiH圆钢加工热锻齿坯,在已锻造的400个热锻齿坯中发现约20%存在裂纹。采用ARL3460直读光谱仪、金相显微镜和扫描电镜对20CrMnTiH热锻齿坯试样进行分析。分析结果表明,20CrMnTiH热锻齿坯试样上的裂纹是钢材在锻造过程中产生的。
20CrMnTiH round steel with specification ofΦ130 mm is used to process hot forging gear blank,cracks were found in about 20%of the 400 hot forging blanks.The sample of 20CrMnTiH hot forging gear blank was analyzed by ARL3460 direct reading spectrometer,metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The analysis results show that the cracks on 20CrMnTiH hot forging gear are caused by the forging process of steel.
