This paper introduces the equipment factors that restrict quality in the production of high-quality bar production line.With the continuous increase of the round steel output of the production line,the production capacity has been released,and the problems of rolling system equipment have become more and more obvious.The technicians improve the round steel structure and performance by adding water passing equipment,putting ceramic wear-resistant roller into the empty roller table,optimizing the roller sprocket structure of the cold bed alignment roller table,and improving the structure of the sizing machine,so as to achieve the stability of product quality.It is of great significance for XuanSteel to realize the strategy of excellent products.
