煤矿井下巷道围岩控制方案研究

摘要 提出了一种新的井下巷道围岩控制方案,以巷道采空区的顶板卸压机制为基础,建立了一个新的巷道围岩支护体系,通过液压支架临时支护、单体支柱支护等综合支护体系共同实现对巷道围岩变形的控制。根据实际应用表明该巷道围岩控制方案能够有效地降低作用在巷道围岩支护结构上的负荷,同时极大地缩短了巷道围岩支护流程,具有较大的应用推广价值。 A new control scheme of surrounding rock of underground tunnel is put forward.Based on the roof pressure relief mechanism of goaf,a new supporting system of surrounding rock of tunnel is established.The deformation of surrounding rock of tunnel is controlled by the comprehensive supporting system such as temporary support of hydraulic support and single support.According to the practical application,the control scheme can effectively reduce the load acting on the supporting structure of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,and greatly shorten the supporting process of the surrounding rock of the tunnel,which has great application and promotion value.
