煤矿井下充填采煤工艺的应用研究

Study on Application of Filling Mining Technology in Coal Mine

传统充填采煤技术方案在实际应用过程中存在着充填效率低下、充填成本高、人工劳动强度大的缺陷,严重影响了煤矿井下充填采煤工艺的发展。在此基础上提出了一种机械化充填采煤工艺技术,并对其充填采煤技术方案及应用情况进行了分析,结果表明该井下充填采煤工艺具有效率高、成本低的优势,极大地提升了充填综采效率和安全性,具有极大的应用推广价值。

In practical application,there are some defects of traditional filling coal mining technology,such as low filling efficiency,high filling cost and high labor intensity,which seriously affect the development of the underground filling coal mining technology.On this basis,a mechanized filling coal mining technology is proposed,and its filling coal mining technology scheme and application are analyzed.The results show that the underground filling coal mining technology has the advantages of high efficiency and low cost,greatly improving the efficiency and safety of the filling comprehensive mining,and has great application and promotion value.
