摘要
氧化锆陶瓷(zirconia ceramic)因具有优良的物理力学性能、美学性能和良好的生物相容性在口腔医学临床应用日益广泛。然而,由于氧化锆陶瓷理化性能稳定,表面处理方法较局限,导致氧化锆陶瓷修复体与牙体组织的粘接质量并不理想。另外,在临床操作试戴修复体的过程中,修复体表面难以避免地受到唾液的污染,这些污染会对氧化锆修复体的粘接效果造成负面影响。本文对去除唾液污染后氧化锆修复体的表面处理方法进行综述。
Zirconia ceramics have excellent physical properties,aesthetic properties and good biocompatibility,so they are increasingly widely used in stomatology clinically.However,due to the stable physical properties of zirconia ceramics and the limited surface treatment methods,the bonding quality of zirconia restorations and dental tissues is not ideal.In addition,in the clinical try-in procedure,the surface of the restoration is inevitably contaminated by saliva,and saliva contamination has a negative effect on the bonding strength between zirconia restorations and dental tissues.This paper reviews the surface conditioning methods for cleaning saliva contamination of zirconia restorations.
