新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下互联网诊疗协同药物配送提升慢病管理效能实践

Practice of Internet Diagnosis and Treatment Combined with Drug Delivery for the Improvement of Chronic Disease Management Effectiveness During the Coronavirus Disease 2019 Epidemic

目的为新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间慢病管理提供有价值的持续医疗服务。方法在慢病管理中,使用互联网诊疗及时提供问诊、处方与续方服务,设置App以便处方后下单支付,开通网上物流服务。结果与结论运用"互联网+"技术可以提高互联网诊疗和线上药品配送水平,保障疫情期间慢病患者的持续治疗,最大限度地减少患者到医院就诊的交叉感染概率,保障患者治疗安全。

Objective To provide valuable continuous medical service for chronic disease management during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods In the management of chronic diseases,the internet diagnosis and treatment was used to provide timely consultation,prescription and follow-up services,and App was set up for payment after prescription,and online logistics services were prepared.Results and Conclusion The internet plus technology can improve the level of internet diagnosis and treatment and online drug delivery,ensure the continuous treatment of patients with chronic diseases during the epidemic period,minimize the risk of cross-infection caused by patients visiting the hospital and ensure the safety of patients.
