优美诺皮肤消毒剂联合干扰素α-2b治疗多发性跖疣临床观察

Yomeino Skin Disinfectant Combined with Interferon-α-2b Injection on the Treatment of Multiple Toe Verruca

目的探讨优美诺皮肤消毒剂联合干扰素α-2b治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年9月至2018年12月收治的多发性跖疣患者140例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各70例。两组均予干扰素α-2b注射液治疗,试验组患者加用优美诺皮肤消毒剂。结果试验组总有效率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的81.43%(P<0.05);试验组复发率为11.43%,显著低于对照组的22.86%(P<0.05);两组均未见严重不良反应。结论优美诺皮肤消毒剂联合干扰素α-2b治疗多发性跖疣有一定疗效,且复发率较低。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yomeino Skin Disinfectant combined with Interferon-alpha-2b Injection on the treatment of multiple toe verruca.Methods A total of 140 patients with multiple toe verruca admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,70 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with iInterferon-alpha-2b Injection,and the experimental group were treated with Yomeino Skin Disinfectant.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 81.43%in the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate in the experimental group was 11.43%,which was significantly lower than 22.86%in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were seen in both groups.Conclusion Yomeino Skin Disinfectant combined with Interferon-alpha-2b Injection has a certain effect on multiple toe verruca,and the recurrence rate is low.
