参丹活血胶囊联合DP方案治疗晚期卵巢癌临床评价

Efficacy of Shendan Huoxue Capsules Combined with DP Regimen in the Treatment of Advanced Ovarian Cancer

目的探讨参丹活血胶囊联合DP方案(顺铂+多西他赛)治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效及对患者免疫功能和生活质量的影响。方法选取资中县人民医院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的晚期卵巢癌患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各45例。两组患者均予常规止吐、水化、利尿、保护胃黏膜等措施及DP化疗方案,研究组患者加服参丹活血胶囊,两组均以3周为1个周期,持续治疗4个周期。结果研究组有效率为51.11%,明显高于对照组的28.89%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA,IgM水平均明显降低,但研究组均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者生理状况、情感状况、附加关注项评分均明显下降,且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);社会状况、功能状况项评分均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗期间不良反应发生率为51.11%,显著低于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。结论参丹活血胶囊联合DP方案治疗晚期卵巢癌,可有效减轻机体免疫抑制,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Shendan Huoxue Capsules combined with cisplatin and docetaxel(DP)in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer and its effect on immune function and quality of life.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced ovarian cancer who were admitted to Zizhong County People’s Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine antiemetic,hydration,diuretic,gastric mucosal protection and DP regimen chemotherapy;the study group were given Shendan Huoxue Capsules.Both groups took 3 weeks as a cycle and continued treatment for 4 cycles.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 51.11%,which was significantly higher than 28.89%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,IgG,IgA and IgM in the two groups were all decreased,but those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of physiological status,emotional status,additional concern and other items in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while those in the social status and functional status increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 51.11%,which was significantly lower than 82.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shendan Huoxue Capsules combined with DP regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer,which can effectively alleviate the body’s immune suppression and improve the quality of life of patients.
