摘要
2019年8月,在黑龙江省黑河市嫩江某一牛场中出现了大批牛死亡现象,其病死牛主要表现为气性坏疽、化脓感染,并且全身实质器官有明显出血等特征。经统计发病率为30%,病死率为90%。结合流行病学资料分析临床症状、病理变化和实验室诊断,病料为剖检后当日死亡且病理变化明显的病死牛,确诊为牛魏氏梭菌和牛化脓隐秘杆菌引起的混合感染。在对分离出的细菌进行药敏试验时发现,产生耐药性的药物有恩诺沙星、硫酸庆大霉素、盐酸林可霉素、链霉素。
In August 2019, a large number of cattle died in a cattle farm in Nenjiang, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province. The diseased and dead cattle were mainly manifested as gas gangrene,purulent infection, and significant bleeding in the parenchyma of the whole body. The statistical incidence is 30%, and the fatality rate is 90%. The clinical symptoms, pathological changes, and laboratory diagnosis were analyzed based on epidemiological data. The disease material was dead cows that died on the day after autopsy and had obvious pathological changes. The diagnosis was a mixed infection caused by Clostridium bovis and Cryptococcus bovis. During the susceptibility test of the isolated bacteria, it was found that the drugs that produced resistance were enrofloxacin, gentamicin sulfate, lincomycin hydrochloride, and streptomycin.
