Annual Analysis and Suggestions of Shaanxi Science and Technology Report

随着国家科技报告制度建设的不断推进,各地方科技报告的呈交已经实现了制度化、常态化。如何利用科技报告资源为科研管理提供决策服务,最大化挖掘科技报告的价值,是需进一步研究解决的问题。在梳理统计陕西省2018年度呈交的科技报告的基础上,从计划类别、共享情况、地域分布、机构分布等不同维度进行了分析并提出对策建议,力图通过科技报告数据优化科研管理流程,提高科研管理效率,为广大科研工作者创建高效的共享服务平台,为科研管理决策提供有效支撑。

With the continuous promotion of the construction of national science and technology report system,the submission of local science and technology reports has been institutionalized and normalized. How to use science and technology report resources to provide decision-making services for scientific research management and maximize the value of scientific report is a problem that needs further research and solution. On the basis of sorting and statistics of science and technology reports submitted by Shaanxi province in 2018,this paper analyzes science and technology reports from different dimensions such as plan category,sharing situation,regional distribution,institutional distribution,etc.,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,trying to optimize scientific research management process and improve scientific research management efficiency through science and technology report data,so as to create efficient sharing service platform for the majority of scientific research workers,provide effective support for scientific research management decision-making.
