摘要
依托“科技大脑”的概念、功能与特点,提出了基于“科技大脑”的软科学服务平台建设,帮助政府以及科技管理者提高科学决策水平,提升服务质量,彰显服务特色,并对“科技大脑”在软科学中的应用提出设想。
Relying on the concept,function and characteristics of“scientific and technological brain”,This paper proposes construction of soft science service platform based on“scientific and technological brain”for help governments and science and technology managers to improve scientific decision making level,improv the quality of service,highlighting service characteristics.This paper proposes the application imagine of“scientific and technological brain”in soft science.
