Optimization of Experimental Conditions for the Treatment of Starch Wastewater by Activated Carbon Adsorption and Fixation of Microbial Flocculant

摘要 通过活性炭吸附固定微生物絮凝剂对淀粉废水进行絮凝沉降,探讨活性炭吸附固定微生物絮凝剂处理淀粉废水的最佳实验条件。结果显示:在不同的条件下进行正交试验,选择出处理淀粉废水的最佳絮凝条件为温度40℃、pH值9、投加量5 mL、絮凝时间180 min,废水浊度去除率达到97.7%以上。 Starch wastewater was flocculated and settled by activated carbon adsorption and fixation of microbial flocculant,and the optimal experimental conditions for the treatment of starch wastewater with activated carbon adsorption and fixation of microbial flocculant are discussed. Orthogonal experiments are carried out under different conditions,the results show that the optimum flocculation condition are temperature 40 ℃,p H value 9,dosage 5 m L,flocculation time 180 min,and the turbidity removal rate of wastewater could reach more than 97.7%.
