摘要
随着行政体制改革和构建高效服务型政府的深入,行政奖励是一种被政府部门广泛运用于社会管理活动中的行政行为。通过对行政奖励评审过程中出现的组间偏差进行最佳平衡策略研究,给出了行政性奖励评审不同分组相同打分表的组间平衡最佳策略,使评审结果更加科学化、精细化。
With the deepening of the reform of administrative system and the construction of efficient service-oriented government,administrative reward is an administrative act widely used in social management activities by government departments. By studying the best balance strategy of inter-group deviation in the process of administrative reward evaluation,this paper gives the best balance strategy of administrative reward evaluation with the same score table in different groups,which makes the review result more scientific and refined.
