一种低压补汽调阀控制方式改造在联合循环燃机蒸汽轮机中的应用

摘要 介绍了广东大唐国际肇庆热电有限责任公司一期F级燃机蒸汽轮机低压补汽调阀在机组启动、运行过程中阀门发生误动的情况,分析认为采用基地式PLC控制在诸多因素影响下控制效果不理想,按照Rotok技术人员建议的异动低压补汽调阀控制方式,取得了理想的效果,保障了机组的安全稳定运行。 This paper introduces the case of valve misoperation in the process of starting and running of low-pressure steam supply and regulating valve of the first-stage F-class gas turbine steam turbine of Datang International Zhaoqing Cogeneration Co.,LTD.,considers that the control effect of PLC based control is not ideal under the influence of many factors.According to the analysis,the control effect of base PLC control is not ideal under the influence of many factors. According to the suggestions of Rotok technicians,the control method of low pressure steam supply and regulating valve of different operation can achieve ideal effect and ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
