摘要
目的应用三维斑点追踪成像技术评估2型糖尿病(T2DM)伴或不伴高脂血症(HLD)患者左心室功能.方法选取单纯T2DM患者34例,T2DM合并高脂血症28例,对照组30例,性别与年龄与病例组匹配.利用三维斑点追踪成像测量其左心室整体纵向应变(GLS)、整体圆周应变(GCS)、整体面积应变(GAS)及整体径向应变(GRS),并比较三组患者左心室各应变值的差异.结果与对照组比较,T2DM组仅GLS和GAS明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),T2DM合并HLD组GLS、GCS、GAS及GRS均明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与T2DM组比较,T2DM合并HLD组GLS、GAS及GRS均明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论三维应变成像可以定量评估T2DM患者伴或不伴HLD时左心室的亚临床功能改变.
Objective To evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with or without hyperlipidemia(HLD)using 3-dimensional speckle tracking imaging(3D-STI).Methods 62 T2DM were included in this study,28 of whom had HLD.30 age-and gender-matched healthy volunteers were recruited as the control group.The left ventricular global longitudinal strain(GLS),global circumferential stain(GCS),global area strain(GAS)and global radial stain(GRS)were measured by 3D-STI,and those parameter data were analyzed in the above groups.Results Compared with the controls,GLS and GAS were significantly reduced in T2DM(P<0.05),GLS,GCS,GAS and GRS were all statistically reduced in T2DM with HLD(P<0.01).Compared with T2DM,GLS,GAS and GRS were significantly reduced in T2DM with HLD(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D-STI can detect subclinical abnormality ofleft ventricular function in T2DM with or without HLD.
