小儿弱视治疗中护理干预的应用效果研究

目的对小儿弱视治疗中护理干预的应用效果进行探讨.方法对象为80例弱视患儿,都选自2018年2月~2018年12月期间,随机将患儿平均分为两组,其中40例采用常规护理的患儿纳入对照组,另外40例采用优质护理的患儿纳入观察组,采用问卷调查方式,对两组患儿家属的护理满意度问卷调查进行比较,比较患儿治疗依从性.结果相互比较后可知,观察组患儿家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论优质护理用于小儿弱视,护理效果十分显著,能有效提高患儿家属满意度,提高患儿治疗依从性,极具医学推广价值.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods 80 amblyopic children were selected from February 2018 to December 2018.The patients were divided into two groups according to the computer random order.Among them,40 children with routine nursing were included in the control group,and another 40 children with high quality nursing were included in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction questionnaire survey of the families of the two groups was compared and compared.Treatment compliance.Results After comparing with each other,the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was 97.5%,significantly higher than 82.5% of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the observation group was(6.52±1.13),significantly higher than that of the control group(3.58±1.04),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Highquality nursing for children with amblyopia,the nursing effect is very significant,can effectively improve the satisfaction of children's families,improve the treatment compliance of children,has great medical popularization value.
