摘要 航空发动机燃气涡轮转子主要由叶片和盘等零件组成,是发动机的重要功能部件,其作用是从高温高压燃气中提取能量用于驱动压气机和有关附件。文章针对某型发动机燃气涡轮工作叶片热腐蚀问题,开展了叶片外观检查、冶金分析等工作,通过分析热腐蚀产生的机理,提出了加强发动机清洗的针对性措施,对于如何在盐碱环境下对发动机进行有效维护具有参考价值。 The gas turbine rotor of aeroengine is mainly composed of blades, disks and other parts. It is an important functional part of the engine. Its function is to extract energy from high temperature and high pressure gas for driving the compressor and related accessories. Aiming at the hot corrosion of the working blades of a gas turbine engine, the paper has carried out the appearance inspection and metallurgical analysis of the blades. By analyzing the mechanism of the hot corrosion, the paper puts forward the targeted measures to strengthen the engine cleaning, which has reference value for how to effectively maintain the engine in the saline alkali environment.
