Research progress of PD-1 inhibitors related cardiotoxicity

随着免疫疗法在肿瘤患者中的广泛应用,药物的多项不良反应逐步被人们所重视。本文结合当下最新研究进展,从临床特征、作用机制、监测与处理、亟待研究的若干问题等四个方面,对PD-1免疫抑制剂所介导的罕发却致命的心脏毒性效应进行综述。

With the wide application of immunotherapy in tumor patients,a number of adverse reactions of drugs have been paid more and more attention.This article focuses on the rare but severe cardiotoxic effects mediated by PD-1 immunosuppressants,combined with the latest research progress.This paper reviews the clinical characteristics,mechanism,monitoring and treatment of cardiotoxic events and some problems to be studied urgently.
