玻纤电子纱初捻工艺的反推方法

Inverse method of initial twisting technology for glass fiber electronic yarns

摘要 国内外玻纤电子纱市场发展势头强劲,但产品质量参差不齐。初捻加工是影响玻纤电子纱的内在质量、成型质量和生产效率的重要环节。为了获得合理的初捻工艺,采用市售高品质玻纤电子筒纱作为标准样品进行退绕试验,测定其不同层的卷绕直径和卷绕圈距等成型参数;基于特定机型的玻纤电子纱捻线机的钢领板运动速度限制,通过反推法得到标准样品生产过程中的锭子转速和钢领板运动速度等初捻工艺参数,并利用该加捻工艺参数制备试验样品。通过比较发现,两种样品的成型质量无明显差异,纱线张力波动较小,验证了初捻工艺反推方法的可行性。 The domestic and foreign markets of glass fiber electronic yarns developed fastly,but the quality of products varied greatly.The initial twist processing is an important step,which affects the intrinsic quality,forming quality and production efficiency of glass fiber electronic yarns.In order to obtain a reasonable initial twisting technology,the commercially available high-quality glass fiber electronic tube yarn was used as the standard sample for unwinding test,and the forming parameters such as winding diameter and winding distance on the different layer were measured.Based on the movement speed limit of steel collar plate for the glass fiber twister of the specific model,the initial twisting parameters including the spindle speed and the movement speed of steel collar plate during the producing of the standard sample were obtained by the inverse method,and these initial twisting parameters were adopted to prepare the experimental sample.Through comparison,it was found that there was no significant difference between the forming quality of two samples,and the yarn tension fluctuation was small,which verified the feasibility of the inverse method of initial twisting technology.
