An innovative pricing mode of the supervision service fee based on investment cost is proposed and implemented in the supervision work bidding and construction management of DG Hydropower Station Project.This new investment cost method can effectively guarantee the input of the supervision unit,improve their sense of responsibility and control the supervision fee.Satisfactory performance of the investment cost method is demonstrated by its practice in DG Hydropower Station Project.Thus,the supervision bidding and management with investment cost method is now well recognized by numerous hydropower construction units and famous supervision enterprises.
