摘要
负荷较大的输送胶带机主要通过配重块控制胶带张紧力。传统配重难以根据负荷变化动态调整胶带张紧力,容易造成打滑、输送带断裂等现象,从而增加了胶带机运行、维护成本。通过研究智能液体配重控制胶带机张紧力,使胶带机在启动、运行及停车时输送带具有足够的张紧力和正常运行,是胶带机配重改革的发展趋势和方向。
The belt conveyor with heavy load mainly controls the belt tension through counterweight.While it is difficult for the traditional counterweight to dynamically adjust the belt tension according to the load variation,which may cause belt slip or fracture,thus increasing the operation and maintenance costs.An intelligent liquid counterweight is developed to control and maintain enough tension whenever the conveyor starts,stops or operates.It can reduce the safety risk,save the operation and maintenance cost,and has great application potential.
