中外学徒制分析研究

Analysis and Research on Different Apprenticeship Systems in China and Other Countries

李克强总理提出:开展校企联合招生、联合培养的现代学徒制试点。此后,职业教育理论界就将学徒制、现代学徒制作为了一个研究热点之一。西方主要工业国家英国、德国,自上世纪中期开始,进行了现代学徒制的研究和大力推行,并取得了明显的成果。通过中外学徒制的比较研究,可以借鉴西方发达国家的一些成熟经验,助推学徒制工作的顺利发展。

Prime Minister Li Ke-qiang stated that the pilot projects of modern apprenticeship in recruitment and cultivation by coalition of colleges and enterprises shall be carried out.In future,the theoretical cycle of vocational education shall focus on the studies apprenticeship and modern apprenticeship as one of the key researches.In western industrial countries such as UK and Germany,the modern apprenticeship has been researched and promoted vigorously since middle of last century with great achievements.Through the comparative research on apprenticeship between China and other countries,the mature experiences of western developed countries may be taken for references in promoting the success of developing apprenticeship system in China.
