基于现代学徒制会计实践教学方法改革初探

Primary Exploration on Method of Accountant Practicing and Teaching Based on Modern Apprenticeship

随着现代学徒制试点工作的不断发展,在“招工即招生、入企即入校、企校双师联合培养”,以就业为导向的新型人才培养模式要求下,职业院校教学方法的改革对于人才培养质量具有至关重要的作用。从当前的职业院校会计教学的实际情况来看对会计专业实践教学方法改革需求也变得越来越迫切。

Along with the continuous development of pilot works for modern apprenticeship,the reform of teaching method in vocational colleges plays an important role in quality of talent cultivation under the requirement of employment-oriented mode of new type talents cultivation following the principle of employment by enterprises equals to enrollment of students and entering into the enterprises equals entering into the colleges for realizing joint cultivation by dual-teachers of enterprises and colleges.From the actual situation of present accountant teaching in vocational education colleges,there is urgent demand on reforming the practice and teaching method in accountant major.
