新时代高职院校在解决“为谁培养、培养什么人、怎样培养人”的教育过程中,必须依托大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量——班主任队伍,因此高职院校有必要掌握班主任工作中的需求机理并科学管理。以博弈模型为研究工具,能够有效探究班主任工作机理;高职院校结合班主任队伍在管理中的可能需求与策略选择,针对性施策,可激励班主任队伍积极工作、有所作为,确保高职院校科学提升管理水平、高效实现教育目标。

In the course of education of determining“What people shall we cultivate,For whom shall we cultivate And How to cultivate”in higher educational colleges in new ages,the team of teachers in charge of classes as the backbones in the ideological and political education to the students must be relied on and it is necessary for higher vocational education colleges to mater the demanding mechanism for scientific management in works.With game model as researching tool,the working mechanism of teachers in charge of classes can be analyzed and explored efficiently.According to the possible demand and selected strategy in the management of teachers in charge of classes,the pertinent policies may be implemented in higher vocational education colleges for stimulating them to work in dedicated way in order to improve scientifically the management in higher vocational colleges and realize the efficient educational object.
