夏荔芪胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Xia Li Qi capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探究夏荔芪胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2016年9月—2018年5月四川省南充市高坪区人民医院收治的BPH患者80例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组采用盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗,观察组在此基础上联合夏荔芪胶囊进行治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。比较2组患者的前列腺相关指标、生活质量、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后2组患者国际前列腺评分表(IPSS)评分、生活质量指数(QOL)评分、残余尿量(PVR)显著降低(P均<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后IPSS评分、QOL评分、PVR显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。治疗后2组患者最大尿流速(Qmax)显著升高(P均<0.05),且观察组Qmax高于对照组(P<0.05);2组前列腺体积治疗前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组的75.0%(30/40)(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为5.0%(2/40),显著低于对照组的22.5%(10/40)(P<0.05)。结论在盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊的基础上加用夏荔芪胶囊治疗BPH效果好,安全性高,可有效改善患者尿路症状,提高生活质量。

Objective It is to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Xia Li Qi capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Eighty patients with BPH admitted to Gaoping District People’s Hospital in Nanchong City from September 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was treated with Xia Li Qi capsules on the basis of treatment in the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 3 months.The adverse reactions,prostate-related indicators,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that 75.00%(30/40)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the international prostate scale scores(IPSS),scores of quality of life(QOL),and post void residual(PVR)of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the IPSS scores,QOL scores,and PVR of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)of the two groups of patients were increased significantly(P<0.05),and the Qmax of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in prostate volume between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was significantly lower than that 22.50%(10/40)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Xia Li Qi capsules based on tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules has a good effect on BPH with high safety.It can effectively improve urinary tract symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
