新农保对农村劳动力转移意愿影响的实证分析

The Empirical Study on the Transfer of Rural Labor Force under the Influence from the New Rural Endowment Insurance

为了研究新农保对农村劳动力转移意愿的影响,选取山东省即墨市D村作为调研村。通过问卷法和访谈法搜集资料,运用Logistic回归分析得出:家庭人均收入和对新农保的了解程度均与劳动力转移意愿成正相关,即家庭人均收入越高,转移意愿越强;农民对新农保制度越了解,转移的意愿越强。而参保档次、对新农保的满意度和认为新农保在养老中发挥的作用则与劳动力转移意愿成负相关,即农民参保的档次越高,转移的意愿越低;对新农保的满意度越高,转移的意愿越低;认为新农保在养老中发挥作用越大,转移的意愿越低。而性别、年龄和受教育程度等因素并没有表现出显著的影响。

In order to study the impact of the new rural endowment insurance to the wishes of the rural labor transfer,we select Jimo city,Shandong province,Dongshanpo village as a research village.The information gathered through questionnaires and interviews,using Logistic regression analysis:family income and level of understanding of the new agricultural insurance and labor willingness positively correlated,that is,the higher per capita income is,the stronger the transfer will is;and the more the understanding of new rural endowment insurance is,the stronger will to transfer is.The insured grade,to the satisfaction of the new agricultural insurance,the role of the new rural endowment insurance in the pension and labor willingness negatively correlated,that is,the higher the grade of insured farmers is,the lower the willingness of transfer is;and the higher the satisfaction of new rural endowment insurance is,the lower the willingness to transfer is;and the bigger the function of the new rural endowment insurance is,the lower the willingness to transfer is.The sex,age and education level and other factors did not show a significant effect.
