为解决传统建筑行业瓷砖铺设过程中存在的问题,设计了自动铺瓷砖机。对这一自动铺瓷砖机的工作原理进行了论述,对安置系统、平衡系统和底盘系统的结构进行了介绍。这一自动铺瓷砖机通过车体坐标系与室内坐标系的转换,基于测量装置获得机械臂相对于房间的具体位置,进而精确地完成瓷砖铺设任务,具有应用推广价值。

In order to solve the problems existing in the tiling process in the traditional construction industry,an automatic tiling machine was designed.The working principle of this automatic tiling machine was discussed,and the structures of the setting system,counterbalance system and undercarriage system were introduced.This automatic tiling machine obtains the specific position of the mechanical arm relative to the room based on the measurement device and the conversion of the vehicle body coordinate system and the indoor coordinate system,and then completes the tile laying task accurately,which has the value for application&promotion.
