摘要
以某型伸缩式液压油缸为研究对象,应用有限元软件建立几何模型,进行静应力与稳定性分析。在研究中,校核液压油缸在活塞杆全伸出状态时重要部件的强度与刚度,并进行非线性屈曲分析,为船舶机械重要部件的设计、校核提供参考。
Taking a certain type of retractable hydraulic cylinder as the research object,the finite element software was used to establish a geometric model to perform static stress and stability analysis.In the study,the strength and stiffness of important components of the hydraulic cylinder were checked as the piston rod was extended fully,and a nonlinear buckling analysis was performed to provide a reference for the design and verification of important components of marine machinery.
