摘要
针对工程施工中顶升项目的要求,对多点同步顶升装置的电液系统进行了集成设计。这一电液系统由液压回路和电控系统两部分组成。对液压回路中的液压缸进行了设计,对电机参数进行了计算,并对液压回路元器件进行了选择。对电控系统中的触摸屏进行了设计,对可编程序控制器程序进行了编制。通过现场试验,确认这一电液系统能够满足多点同步顶升装置的需求,升降同步,并且安全可靠。
According to the requirements of jacking projects in engineering construction,an integrated design of the electro hydraulic system of the multi point synchronous jacking device was carried out.This electro hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic loop and an electric control system.The hydraulic cylinder in the hydraulic loop was designed,the motor parameters were calculated,and the components in the hydraulic loop were selected.The touch screen in the electric control system was designed,and the PLC program was compiled.Through field tests,it is confirmed that this electro hydraulic system can meet the requirements of the multi point synchronous jacking device,and the lifting operation is safe and reliable with synchronization.
