Phase controlled Ultrasonic Guided Wave Detection Method for Bolts of High Speed EMU in Circumferential Array

分析了高速动车组螺栓缺陷产生的原因,介绍了常见的螺栓缺陷检测方法,以及高速动车组螺栓检测的难点。在此基础上,提出了高速动车组螺栓周向阵列相位控制超声导波检测方法。介绍了检测原理,论述了周向阵列相位控制方法,并进行了试验验证。

The causes of bolt defects in the high speed EMU were analyzed,detection methods for common bolt defects were introduced,and the difficulties on bolt detection in the high speed EMU were introduced.Based on this,a phase controlled ultrasonic guided wave detection method for bolts of high speed EMU in a circumferential array was proposed.The detection principle was introduced,the phase control method of the circumferential array was discussed,and experimental verification was carried out.
