摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植联合乳头内陷矫正器治疗重度乳头内陷的效果。方法自2016年6月至2018年6月,11例(22侧)重度先天性乳头内陷患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(n=6)给予乳头内陷矫正器结合自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗,对照组(n=5)仅予以乳头内陷矫正器治疗。比较两组患者的术后效果及满意度。结果术后11例(22侧)患者乳头均保持挺拔饱满的形态,两组均无感染、血肿、坏死等并发症。术后随访12个月,乳头内陷无复发,观察组乳头平面至乳晕平面距离显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组满意度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒移植联合乳头内陷矫正器治疗重度先天性乳头内陷安全有效,远期乳头更加挺拔,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of autologous fat particle transplantation combined with nipple retractor in treating severe congenital inverted nipples.Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,11 patients(22 sides)with severe congenital inverted nipples were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group:patients in the observation group(n=6)were treated with nipple retractor combined with autologous fat particle transplantation,while patients in the control group(n=5)were only treated with nipple retractor.The postoperative effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nipples of 11 patients(22 sides)remained upright and full after the operation.There were no complications such as infection,hematoma and necrosis in both groups.After 12 months of follow-up,there was no recurrence of nipple depression.The distance from the nipple plane to the areola plane in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in satisfaction degree between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat particle transplantation combined with nipple retractor is safe and effective in treating severe congenital inverted nipples,and nipples are more upright in long-term with high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
