创面旷置法在睑缘良性肿物治疗中的应用

Application of Wound Exclusion in the Treatment of Benign Mass at Palpebral Edge

目的探讨创面旷置法在睑缘良性肿物治疗中的应用效果。方法2017年1月至2019年5月,采用肿物切除后创面旷置法治疗睑缘良性肿物患者13例。回顾分析病灶位置和尺寸、手术切除范围、术后恢复情况、外观形态等。结果患者术后随访6个月至1年,结果显示睑缘病灶均得到彻底切除且未见复发,术后无倒睫、睑外翻、睑内翻、眼睑退缩等发生,瘢痕不明显,睑缘外形满意。结论对于宽度不大的睑缘良性肿物,可依据病灶的具体位置和大小,选择病灶切除后创面旷置的方法,可在保持睑缘形态的同时减少副损伤与并发症。

Objective To explore the application of wound exclusion in the treatment of benign mass at palpebral edge.Methods From January 2017 to May 2019,thirteen patients with benign mass at palpebral edge were treated with wound exclusion after lesion resection.The location and size of the lesion,the resection range,the postoperative recovery and appearance were reviewed and analyzed.Results All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year.Palpebral lesion was completely removed and no recurrence was observed.There was no trichiasis,ectropion,palpebra withdrawal and etc.The scar was not obvious and the appearance of the palpebra was satisfactory.Conclusion For benign palpebral mass,based on the location and size of the lesion,wound exclusion method can be chosen to repair the palpebra after lesion resection to protect the appearance of the palpebra as much as possible while reducing side injuries and complications.
