摘要
通过分析三聚氰胺反应器内催化剂死床的原因,对系统工艺参数和设备进行技术改造,解决反应器内催化剂死床的问题.实际运行结果表明,反应器运行过程中未出现死床现象,提高了反应器反应效率,延长系统运行周期,使三聚氰胺生产装置达到了最大效益化.
By analyzing causes of the catalyst dead bed in the melamine reactor,the system process parameters and equipment were technically retrofit to solve the problem of catalyst dead bed in the reactor.The actual operation results show that the dead bed phenomenon does not occur during the operation of reactor,which improves the reaction efficiency of reactor and prolongs the system operation cycle,and achieves maximum benefits of melamine production unit.
